Wolf Creek Restaurant & Brewing Co. takes Major Award

Rob McFerren, co-owner of Wolf Creek Restaurant & Brewing Co. recently won four medals for his handcrafted ales at the 2006 LA County Fair Microbrew Competition. McFerren won the awards in competition with over 200 beers from all over the country. He received three silver awards for his Howlin' Heffeweizen, Hot Rod Double IPA and Golden Eagle Ale. Gateway Village Now Open

Gateway Village Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Newhall Ranch and Rye Canyon Roads in Valencia. TPC at Valencia Announces Hire of New Executive Chef

Daniel Otto has been named to the position of executive chef for the Oaks Grille restaurant at the Tournament Players Club at Valencia. Otto is a graduate of the prestigious California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and comes to the TPC at Valencia with a rich history in the Southern California culinary industry. His previous employment has been with such highly-acclaimed facilities as the Hilton Hotels Universal City in Los Angeles; he has also served as executive chef at the Shanghai Reds Restaurant in Marina Del Rey and Monterey Hills Fine Dining in Monterey Park.
