The fashion show and boutique will take place in Valencia with the boutique opening at 10am and fashion show beginning at noon. Chaired by Sandi Naba and co-chairs Lissa Mahler and Krystina Reyes, the afternoon promises live entertainment and fun for all who attend. Tara Rice will be producing and directing the fashion show while Ed Masterson will entertain the audience as emcee.
Soroptimist International is a global organization that provides women and girls with access to the education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment. Soroptimist International of Greater Santa Clarita Valley has hosted many events and raised thousands of dollars to help improve the lives of women and girls globally and in our community.
This year's fashion show will also include a segment that will highlight the organizations' "Live Your Dream: Education & Training Awards for Women" and "Dream It, Be It: Career Support for Girls Programs." Soroptimist's Live Your Dream Awards Program is a unique education award for women who provide the primary financial support for their families. It gives women the resources they need to improve their education, skills and employment prospects.

GIVE WHERE YOU LIVE SCV
Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley

It's the return of a community treasure and holiday favorite, the Santa Clarita Valley Boys & Girls Club's "Festival of Trees" during the weekend of November 19 to November 21. Enjoy the Magic of the Lights Gala with a live auction of large trees, a vast array of silent auction decorated trees beautifully themed and sometimes with notes of whimsy and a village of gingerbread houses built with love for bidding. Now, more than ever, is the time for the community to rally together and "give where you live." The Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley has made a difference in the lives of local youth since 1968. With two locations, the club provides services to nearly 2,400 local young people ages 7 to 17 with quality year-round and after-school programs focused on education, career development, character, leadership, health, fitness, sports, recreation and the arts. Through your continued generosity, the Boys & Girls Club will continue to build a brighter future for the children of the Santa Clarita Valley. The need is great and the return on your investment... priceless. Be one of many to make a difference to put a child on a path to a great future.
