Breakfast just got Three Times Better
Marston's Restaurant Launches New Breakfast Selections
With spring in the air and Easter around the corner, it's the perfect time for Marston's Chef Jim McCardy to spice things up by adding three new breakfast items to his popular early morning menu.
We'll start with his namesake, "The Jimmy Breakfast Burrito." It's a crowd-pleasing assembly of andouille sausage, green onions, mushrooms, potatoes, eggs and hollandaise rolled in a flour tortilla - and our new fave way to start the day.
Not to be outdone, the Chorizo & Egg Breakfast Burrito is filled with all the goodness of cheese, potato, avocado and sour cream.
And, finally, scoring its rightful place on the menu are Chicken Chilaquiles tossed with scrambled eggs, chips, jack cheese and tomatillo salsa then garnished with avocado, pico de gallo and sour cream.
Try something new or choose traditional favorites like egg dishes, benedicts, omelets, breakfast sweets - pancakes and French toast - and Grandma's oatmeal and granola/yogurt bowl topped with fresh berries.

We Ate It!
Old Town Junction's Brunch Picks

Live vicariously through one of our all-time greatest brunch experiences.
The meal: Fried Chicken & Waffles is our go-to, thanks to the gotta-have-it craveable combination of rosemary waffles, jumbo breaded breast meat, a fried egg, savory gravy and homemade hot sauce.
The cocktail: Sorry, mimosa sippers - the OTJ bloody mary is where it's at - but if you want to try something new... the Cold Brew Cocktail is the ultimate brunch bev. With Mr. Black cold-brew liqueur, Spring 44 vodka, Irishman Irish cream and chocolate shavings, it's a caffeinated chill pill that's the weekend equivalent of a fine-brewed cuppa.
