Give your Weight and Inch Loss a Kick
Whether your exercise and diet results have plateaued, or you're just starting off your new healthier lifestyle, you can give your weight and inch loss efforts a kick in the right direction with electrotherapy. This FDA-approved method deeply stimulates muscle tissue, causing even your tiniest muscles to repeatedly and rapidly contract. The result is a deep toning of the muscle tissue - as well as calorie loss. You're left lighter and tighter after each painless electrotherapy treatment. Most clients report a loss of a dress size in as little as eight sessions. When paired with a proper eating and exercise schedule, clients have reported as much as 20 pound fat loss in 30 days. Locally, electrotherapy is available at ForeverSlim, which is offering the lowest prices of the year for new clients: $399 for 10 treatments. Your one-hour session will burn more calories than you ever could at the gym, so redeem this offer soon - but no later than October 15.

Fatigue and Pregnancy Why You're so Tired
For many women, one of the first signs of pregnancy is extreme tiredness or fatigue. There are many changes needed to help a baby grow and your body adapt to pregnancy. For example, your body will need more blood to deliver oxygen to you and the growing baby. The muscle in your heart strengthens to pump this extra blood around your body. All this happens while your digestive system is making sure enough nutrients are absorbed and transported to your growing baby. It is little wonder that early pregnancy is a time to get plenty of rest and look after yourself.

For most women, early pregnancy fatigue starts around six weeks of pregnancy. Pregnancy fatigue is usually gone by 12 to 16 weeks of pregnancy, but may return again toward the end of your pregnancy.

The simple solution to feeling less tired would be to get more sleep and rest. In reality, busy lives with demands of work and family mean this is easier said than done. The following changes might help until you are feeling more energetic again in a few weeks.

• Eat small, frequent meals or snacks that are high in protein and carbohydrates. Make sure your diet meets your need for energy and nutrients.

• "Power naps" or "cat naps" can make all the difference to get you through the rest of the day. Take opportunities as they arise, such as a rest during a lunch break if you are employed or while a child sleeps if you are at home.

• Give yourself permission to rest at the end the day and go to bed a little earlier if you can.

• Put your rest and welfare before household chores, which may have to wait until later.

• Try to ask for help with chores and caring for children if you need it - pregnancy fatigue is normal and very real, and not a sign that you are not coping.
