Sometimes I walk into a client's home and feel a profound sense of grace and warmth because the house is a true reflection of the family that inhabits the space. Thanks to the National Mortgage Settlement, borrowers and sellers - even those who may not have been directly affected by bank error - can receive major financial relief.
