Saturday, March 25 to Saturday, April 8

•  Spring Fling & Egg Hunt - Gilchrist Farm's Spring Fling & Egg Hunt connects you and your crew to a wholesome day in nature - and memories that will last a lifetime.
Cuddle baby animals like goats, chicks and piglets, create cute spring crafts, take a picture with the Easter Bunny (And real bunnies!), ride the little farm train, take a wagon ride, learn how to throw an ax, shoot arrows, explore the Giant Slide and much more. And whatever you do: book your egg hunt tickets now! Egg hunts are held at 10am, 12pm and 2pm and are divided by age groups so that every child has an opportunity to find treat-filled eggs. You can select the difficulty level that's the best fit for your child - from eggs that are in plain sight to ones that are almost fully hidden. The egg hunt draws families from all over Los Angeles County, so book your reservations now - it often sells out.

•  Kids Expo of Santa Clarita - Featuring an all day Easter Egg Hunt, Easter Bunny Photo-Op, prizes and giveaways. Shopping with local small businesses, support community services and explore education, health and well-being services available to SCV Youth.
          Time: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

•  City of Santa Clarita Eggstravaganza - Ready to help your kids "scramble" for treat-filled eggs? Held at Central Park, this family-friendly and free event begins promptly at 10am and is open to kiddos ages 10 and under. Bring a basket and be ready to "divide and conquer," because the park is separated into different areas so that each age group has a fun and fair time. No registration is required but do bring canned food items for the Santa Clarita Food Pantry if you're feeling generous. There will be a collection area on site.


•  Dragon Boat EggStravaganza and BBQ - Come join us and learn more about dragon boating at this FAMILY-FRIENDLY event. Dragon boat racing is growing in popularity in the U.S. and is a true team sport for all ages, consisting of a team of 20 paddlers who paddle in unison for the boat to move. Held at Castaic Lake Recreation Area in the Lower Lagoon at Paradise Cove. (32132 Castaic Lake Drive)

•  Kids Fair Santa Clarita - Meet and take photos with the Easter Bunny, make an Easter basket craft, search for eggs - and connect with family-friendly resources in the SCV. Kids Fair Santa Clarita offers small-business shopping; kid-centered health, education and wellness vendors; an opportunity to support SCV Family Promise and the SCV Food Pantry and more. Parents can participate in an on-site stroller exercise class, test their luck with raffles and enjoy free entry. The event is held at The Centre.


Saturday, April 15

•  Bloom Fest '23 - Shop, Eat & Dance at Strawberry & Fig's
"Bloom Fest '23," the biggest spring shopping event in the SCV will be held at Central Park on Saturday, April 15 from 10am to 4pm. Admission is free and gives guests access to over 150 artisans, crafters and vendors - plus loads of entertainment. Rebel Heart, a local Country band, will play from 12pm to 4pm. Join the line-dancing fun or bring chairs to watch the show. Food trucks like LA's premier eatery on wheels - Baby's Badass Burgers - will please every palate. When you join the Facebook group "SCV Events & Boutiques by Strawberry & Fig," you'll learn more about this event as well as the next spring function on May 7 at the Canyon Country Community Center.

•  The Wine Affair - The Kentucky Derby is coming to Old Town Newhall at "The Wine Affair" hosted by Soroptomist of Greater SCV. Proceeds benefit Soroptomist's Dream Programs, which motivate girls to plan their future and encourage girls' and women's future success.

Thursday, April 20

•  SENSES Wild Wild West - City of Santa Clarita Hosts SENSES "Wild Wild West" Block Party featuring live music, food trucks, themed activities and adult beverages to Main Street every Third Thursday from March to October.

Friday, April 21

•  How the West was Won - Carousel Ranch hosts its 14th annual "How the West Was Won" charity shooting event at Moore N' Moore Sporting Clays on Friday, April 21 - and it's going to be a blast! Teams compete for trophies, titles and prizes awarded during lunch catered by Wolf Creek Restaurant & Brewing Company. This is a great way to spend a Friday - at the range with good friends raising money for the kids at Carousel Ranch.


Saturday, April 22

•  Bark In The Park K9 Classic - With a 3k and 5k walk; raffles; vendors; "Doggieland," a pup play area with swimming, digging and agility; doggy talent show, working-dog demonstrations; food trucks; exhibitors and more, four-legged guests and their people will enjoy a tail-wagging good time at Bark in the Park K9 Classic. The fundraising event benefits Guide Dogs of America, Tender Loving Canines, Search Dog Foundation, Mobility Service Dogs, West Coast Project and Golden Years Dog Sanctuary. Hosted at Castaic Lake Recreation Area.

•   Neighborhood Clean Up Event - City of Santa Clarita Hosts Neighborhood Clean Up Event helping to keep Santa Clarita clean and green by picking up trash and litter in your neighborhood and surrounding areas. Pre-registration is required.


•  Celebrity Waiter Springtime in Paris Dinner - SCV Senior Center Hosts their annual Celebrity Waiter "Springtime in Paris" Dinner event to be held in the courtyard of Bella Vida.


Sunday, April 30

•  Gentleman for a Cause - Soroptimist International of Valencia Host their annual Gentleman for a Cause, the proceeds of which fund Soroptimist's "Live Your Dream" and "Dream It Be It" programs for local women and teens.


Every Sunday

•   Ventura County Certified Farmers Market - The VCCFMA markets bring you the freshest local fruits, vegetables, bakery items, eggs, nuts, honey, potted plants and cut flowers, all at the peak of season and direct from responsible California family farmers. Held at College of the Canyons in Parking Lot 5 from
8am to 12pm.
          Time: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Every Wednesday

•  Canyon Country Farmers Market - Local farmers will bring out the freshest seasonal fruits and vegetables, including organic, baked goods, flowers, herbs, cheeses and prepared foods every Wednesday evening. Held at the Canyon Country Community Center from 4pm to 8pm.
