•  The Butterfly Encounter - Gilchrist Farms invites you to stroll through a tent of beautiful flowers hosting live butterflies flying all around you. Hold some nectar on a sponge to attract a butterfly to land near you! Enjoy these amazing pollinators while learning about what they do for farms and flowers! Throughout the duration of the Butterfly Encounter, we will host different species including Painted Ladies, Monarchs, Cabbage Whites and more. The Butterfly Encounter is available to visit during Farm Visits 9AM-2PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

•  The Play that Goes Wrong - Canyon Theatre Guild presents "The Play that Goes Wrong." Don't miss the amazing hit comedy from across the pond - because this is British comedy at its best! The troupe's ambitious 1920s whodunit has everything you never want in a show: falling props, collapsing scenery, an unconscious leading lady, a corpse that can't play dead and actors who trip over everything... including their lines. How will this eager ensemble battle against all of the disastrous odds?

Neil Simon's first Broadway comedy smash features Alan Baker, a 30-ish swinging bachelor with time, money and women to spare, who welcomes rebellious, eager 21-year-old brother Buddy into his den of iniquity while their horrified parents can only watch and pray.

•  Tiki Hideaway - Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley invites you to the "Tiki Hideaway" for an evening filled with the Aloha spirit! The 52nd Annual Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley Auction begins with Cocktails & Hors D'Oeuvres at 5pm followed by their program with live and silent auctions, dinner and fun! •  Castaic Lake Dragon Boat Festival - Experience the excitement of dragon boat racing and community spirit at the annual Castaic Lake Dragon Boat Festival. Gear up for adrenaline-pumping races and vibrant festivities, because all are invited to be a part of the magic! Discover firsthand what makes dragon boating more than just a sport - but a way of life. Guests will enjoy live music, dance performances, food trucks and more.

Held at Central Park, the free-admission event features food trucks, local craft beer and wine, live music, a kids kingdom, farmer's market, DJ and more.

•  VBS: Breaker Rock Beach - BethelehemSCV presents VBS: Breaker Rock Beach
At Breaker Rock Beach, kids will learn to recognize the difference between what the world says is true and what God says is true. Each day kids will be challenged to know that God's truth never changes—even when it's radically different from what some people say. They'll discover that God does not want them to be conformed to this age, but to be transformed by the renewing of their minds so that they can discern what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God (Romans 12:2). Daily from 9am - 12pm


Friday, June 14

•  Celebrate Sweden - City of Santa Clarita presents "Celebrate Sweden" - A unique cultural experience, "Celebrate" brings the history and traditions of people and places from around the world to the Canyon Country Community Center every second Friday through September from 6pm-9pm. Guests will enjoy live performances of music and dance culture, food trucks, arts, crafts and activities that celebrate each region. Held at the Canyon Country Community Center.

•  SENSES Summer Solstice Block Party - The wildly popular SENSES Block Party brings live music, food trucks, themed activities, and adult beverages to Main Street every Third Thursday from March to October. Celebrate the longest day of the year in style at our "Summer Solstice Block Party"! Join us as we bask in the warmth of the sun and soak up the vibrant energy of summer. Get ready for an extravaganza of music, food, and activities that will make this solstice one to remember.

•  Virtual Online Foster Care & Adoption Orientation - Attend this one-hour virtual online orientation and learn how to become a foster parent. Email and a link to the virtual meeting will be sent to you.

•  ESCAPE Theatre presents 'Oliver' - ESCAPE to London with Oliver, the Artful Dodger and all of the Pick-Pocket kids! Nothing works on the stage like a well-crafted tale based on the Dickens novel. This well-known musical is sure to keep you entertained! Some of the outstanding musical numbers include "Food, Glorious Food," "I'd Do Anything," "Where is Love," "Consider Yourself" and "Oom-Pah-Pah!" This production features 300 youth and teens from the SCV who will definitely "cheer you up!" We are certain you will know a few of them! Log on to learn more and to purchase your tickets.

•  Summer Adventure - The Grace Baptist Church 'Summer Adventure' is a week-long program for children entering kindergarten (Not TK.) through sixth grade that focuses on teaching and modeling God's Word through music, drama, crafts, small groups and games. Each day ends with a large group assembly time that parents and younger siblings are welcome to attend - you won't want to miss it! The cost is $35 per kid for the week.
