| • Art Tree Community Arts Center Hosts Nest Healing Art Studio - Nest is a free program for teens and adults that consists of an hour of mindful, judgement-free art making. Mindfulness practices, both in meditation and in art, can help our ability to regulate our feelings, decrease stress and focus our attention. No art expertise needed. A project suggestion will be given, but is not required. Nest is developed under the direction of Emily Skelton, LMFT, registered art therapist, and is held every first Sunday or Wednesday of the month.
