•  SCAA presents 'VESSELS' - he Santa Clarita Artists Association proudly presents "Vessels," a compelling group exhibition that examines the concept of the vessel as both physical object and symbolic form. Discover 21 local artists through baskets, boxes, sculpture, gourds and other unique presentations in all media as you and your crew explore the diverse world of vessels.
The SCAA Gallery is located at 22508 6th Street in Old Town Newhall. Show hours are Fridays from 5pm to 8pm, Saturdays from 11am to 8pm and Sundays from 11am to 5pm.

•  Wait Until Dark - Forty-seven years after "Wait Until Dark" premiered on Broadway, Jeffrey Hatcher has adapted Frederick Knott's 1966 original, giving it a new setting. In 1944 Greenwich Village, Susan Hendrix, a blind yet capable woman, is imperiled by a trio of men in her own apartment. As the climax builds, Susan discovers that her blindness just might be the key to her escape, but she and her tormentors must wait until dark to play out this classic thriller's chilling conclusion.

•  Boeing Boeing - This 1960s French farce adapted for the English-speaking stage features self-styled Parisian lothario Bernard, who has Italian, German and American fiancees, each a beautiful airline hostess with frequent "layovers." He keeps "one up, one down and one pending" - until unexpected schedule changes bring all three to Paris, and Bernard's apartment, at the same time. Hysterical comedy ensues!

•  Passion Week Concert Series - The Master's University School of Music presents a powerful concert series at Forest Lawn's Hall of Crucifixion-Resurrection. Surrounded by the world's largest religious painting, audiences are invited into a moving musical journey that reflects on Christ's suffering, sacrifice, and triumph. Through sacred works performed by TMU's ensembles, this concert lifts hearts and minds in worship of the risen Savior.

•  Bloom Fest 26 - Strawberry & Fig's sixth-annual Bloom Fest takes place on Saturday, April 11 at Central Park - and you won't want to miss it! This free, family-friendly event is the largest spring shopping festival in the area, featuring over 200 artisans, crafters and vendors. Enjoy a free live concert by DNA when they hit the stage at 1:30pm to wow you with your favorite cover hits. Bring your own chairs and settle in close to the action. Newhall Refinery will serve wine, beer and spirits. Plus, you'll find an abundance of amazing food trucks and food vendors - plus plenty more to enjoy throughout the day.
