Hair
Chignon buns are always a classic go-to bridal look, one that will never go out of style. This hairstyle looks good on everyone, since the hair pulled back accentuates your face. Your look can either be a sleek bun pulled back at the nape of your neck or pulled to the side and pinned with curls for texture. You can also incorporate 1940's waves with a deep part to give you more texture.

For a more-natural look, loose bohemian curls are a feminine choice. Whether your hair is naturally curly or your curls are achieved with a curling iron, this look is amazing for weddings. You can accessorize this look with a beaded pearl headband or pair it with fresh flowers.

Incorporating braids into your bridal hair is always a charming and romantic choice. You can decorate the braids with pearls or even weave in ribbons.

Don't be afraid to accessorize this bridal season; tiaras, ribbons, flowers and pearls adorning your chignon bun, braids or loose curls will enhance your already-classic bridal look.

Makeup
Smokey eyes are a classic bridal look with colors ranging from dark greys and browns to mauve. You can go as light or as dark you want.

Flushed cheeks with natural eye makeup ranging from soft browns to pinks will give you a natural beauty look for your wedding day. Apply a soft peach or pink blush on your cheekbones and blend into the hollows of your cheeks.

Use white eyeliner in lieu of black eyeliner to give your eyes a more open, brighter look. You can also add a bit of shimmer to enhance your eyes.

Bold lips will enhance your bridal look. Go natural with soft pink or peach. If you want to try a darker color, try using a lip stain or a lipstick that will not smudge. You don't want your lipstick leaving its mark on your partner in your photos.

Remember to make sure to do a trial run before your big day. A hairstyle or makeup trend may look good in a magazine or on Pinterest, but you want to make sure it looks amazing on you.

Get the Glo at Blo
The Blo-Out Lounge Glam Squad Answers your Questions
Q: Should I get a facial before my wedding day?
We suggest a series of three or four facials at least six weeks prior to your wedding day. Many factors can affect the texture and hydration of your facial skin. We offer affordable customized facial packages to ensure a beautiful complexion on your most important day. We also have amazing facial products that will enhance your makeup and protect the skin you're in.

Q: How can I get a consistent look for my bridal party?
We love working with brides to create the perfect hairstyle and makeup. Our bridal team is experienced and we can accommodate large bridal parties at one time. From flower girls to grandmas, it is our goal that everyone in your bridal party looks and feels amazing on your special day (And for pictures!).

Q: How far in advance should I book my trial?
We recommend booking your trial about two months prior to your wedding date. We guarantee that your stylist and makeup artist are available for the day of your wedding.

Q: How should I prepare for my bridal consultation?
Lots of photos! Have inspirational pictures ready to show your glam squad. Celebrity references and knowing your wedding decor or theme is also helpful. Other details we need are pictures of the dress, if you have a long veil or heavy crown, as we have tricks on how to anchor it in your hairstyle.

Q: Is airbrush makeup better than custom-blended foundation?
Airbrush tends to last longer and photographs beautifully. We also can offer a combination of the two that can be a perfect application for mature skin as well as problematic skin.

Q: Lashes or no lashes?
We have every flavor - temporary lashes including individual, strip or luxurious mink lashes that are delicate and made by hand. We also have a licensed esthetician who specializes in lash extensions for a more permanent solution - plus they look great on your honeymoon!

Gather friends and family for a memorable ride.

In 2016, brides have already booked party buses for:

Lush Greenery
The use of fresh greenery, such as olive branches, around the base of your cake is not only a beautiful option but cost-affective decor, as well.

Marvelous Metals
Wedding cakes are becoming more organic and natural looking. What better way to make a simple cake pop than to add a dash of real gold or silver leaf?
