Lexus of Valencia
Lexus of Valencia
Lexus' most popular vehicle, the RX crossover, has enjoyed a total update for 2010. The transformation began with an ergonomically advanced interior, developed by studying how drivers move, feel and react. This, in turn, led to even more innovations such as the all-new available Heads-up Display that helps you see navigation directions, speed and audio information right on the windshield so they're in your line of sight. This same driver-inspired thought process is again evidenced in the performance of the RX and RX Hybrid. An available intelligent all-wheel drive system adjusts torque, depending on driving conditions, to help optimize driver control. Additionally, this real-time adjustment of torque also provides an increase in fuel efficiency. The RX 350 will be released at Keyes Lexus of Valencia on February 13; 260-2000

Death, Taxes and Change
It has been said that, "Nothing is for sure except death, taxes and change." Having said that, one thing is for sure: "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail" - especially in the arena of having your personal affairs in order. I can't stress enough the importance of putting your affairs in order - having a will and an estate plan. Many of us believe we will live to the ripe old age of 90. Are you waiting until you are 89 to put your affairs in order? The legal and tax consequences will fall into the laps of your loved ones, especially if you have not planned well. Many are afraid to plan because they are afraid their plans are set in stone. Estate plans and wills are flexible documents and can be changed. There are so many tools, as well as legal and financial professionals, to assist in your planning efforts. There is no excuse to wait.

When to Consult with a Divorce Attorney
It is imperative that you consult with an attorney at the outset of your divorce to get an idea of what you can expect. Reasonable expectations and an understanding of the divorce process can promote settlement. If you do not retain an attorney, a second meeting with an attorney at the end of the case is equally important. Have an attorney review your final judgment to ensure you have entered into a fair deal, and that the orders are properly drafted. You are better off spending one hour with an attorney than months in court to fix a poorly-drafted or incomplete judgment years after your case has ended.
