MB2 Raceway recently announced a ticket sales agreement with the leading retail chain Costco Wholesale. The deal sees Costco Wholesale distributing through seven Los Angeles regional stores. The agreement offers Costco members MB2 Raceway gift cards allocated for sale in clamshell-style packaging and showcased on the large-scale shipping pallets. Priced for Costco members at $39.99, the cards contain $50 in credit value. The gift card may be used on races, memberships, parties and more. SCVBank Reports Profitable Second Quarter
As bank failures continue to dominate headlines, SCVBank has experienced strong growth and solid performance. The community bank reported a profitable second quarter in 2009, due, in part, to solid growth in its loan portfolio. Loans grew from $101.9 million at year-end to $110.5 million, or 8.5 percent at June 30, 2009. The Bank's total assets as of June 30, 2009 were $140.2 million, a 15.9 percent increase over year-end 2008. SCVBank continues to maintain a strong capital position with a Tier 1 Leverage ratio of 10.3 percent at quarter end, well above the regulatory guideline of 5 percent for well-capitalized institutions; 255-9250

Intertex General Contractors Complete Advanced Bionics' Tenant Improvements at New Valencia Location
This was the first phase of a two-part phased relocation of Advanced Bionics' entire operation. The actual completion date was five days ahead of the very aggressive contract completion date. Construction crews worked a rigid schedule seven days per week, 12 hours per day for a total of over 16,000 man hours invested in the project. The quality of the design required specialized contractors to complete certain scopes of work. The finished product reflects high-quality design and construction.
