How to Get the Most for your Personal Injury Case
Nothing spins your life out of control like an unexpected accident caused by the negligence or misconduct of another person or group. You may be facing runaway medical expenses, pain, suffering, emotional stress and other non-economic damages. You should not, however, be responsible for these costs and losses - because personal injury and wrongful death laws were written for your protection.
To get the most from your personal injury case, you need a powerful, experienced firm to stand with you. Your firm should work hard to hold negligent parties accountable through claims and lawsuits. The professionals you choose should have many years of experience representing the rights and interests of accident victims. Ultimately, your attorney should provide results by maximizing the amount of compensation you receive with proven methods, while simultaneously protecting you from being taken advantage of by insurance carriers.
How do you find all that in a firm? Do your research. According to The Law Offices of Gerald L. Marcus, you should consider: how much the firm has recovered for clients through verdicts and settlements; how many clients the firm has served; years of experience, specifically in personal injury litigation; the testimonials and recognition they've received from clients, peers and legal organizations.

Acura Offers New Disinfecting Service for Car Interiors & Exteriors
For Acura, safety is personal. Before social distancing came on the scene, Acura vehicles helped drivers keep their distance with driver-assistive technologies, such as Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Keeping Assist systems. Acura was the first luxury brand awarded top safety ratings - National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's (NHTSA) 5-Star Overall Vehicle Score - across its entire model line. And in its quest to create a zero-collision society with cars and SUVs that make the roads a safer place for everyone, the Collision Mitigation Braking System was introduced to alert the driver to obstacles detected ahead. If it determines a crash is possible and the driver does not react, it can automatically brake.
Now, Valencia Acura brings its unrelenting focus on safety to touchable surfaces, both inside and outside the cabin, in an innovative way. Introducing BioPledge, a hospital-grade disinfectant that provides AntiMicrobial Protection for your vehicle, which is proven to be effective against harmful microbes. Applied as a fine mist, it molecularly bonds to treated surfaces delivering quick-killing action for up to 30 days. Odorless, free of bleach and other harmful chemicals, BioPledge is hypoallergenic with no harsh fumes, and it's safe for your vehicle's interior and exterior surfaces. Schedule a service appointment today for your first application of BioPledge at the introductory price of $49.95, or lock in additional savings with an annual monthly package at just $495.

SCV Water Supply Continues to Meet Health Standards
As the manager of our community's water resources, SCV Water ensures the safe and reliable delivery of clean water to local residents. And once again, it has not let us down.
Together with Los Angeles County Water Works District #36, our local agency recently completed the 2020 Water Quality Report. The State Water Resources Control Board Division of Drinking Water (DDW) requires all public water agencies to provide every customer with an annual report on the quality of drinking water, as well as demonstrate how it meets federal and state drinking water standards. The 2020 Water Quality Report describes the quality of our local water supplies in the SCV during 2019. It includes an explanation of the DDW requirements along with SCV Water's test results. Residents can learn how SCV Water is maintaining a safe and reliable water source - as well as conservation programs, rebates and other benefits. The 2020 Water Quality Report is available on their website under the Water Quality menu.

"In today's climate of growing awareness for health, wellness and alternative medicine, there's no better time to bring infrared heat therapy to your community," said owners Mark and Jenifer Felan.
Over the years, they've perfected a one-of-a-kind blueprint for franchisees to easily learn, implement and thrive with their very own Shack.
