•  All I Really Need to Know I Learned In Kindergarten - The Repertory East Playhouse is proud to announce the Main Stage production of All I Really Need to Know I Learned In Kindergarten, sponsored by Plumbing By Kirk. Based on Robert Fulghum's best-selling books, Kindergarten takes a funny, insightful, heartwarming look at what is profound in everyday life. Kindergarten launches the REP's Theatre for Young Audiences program with an Opening Night Gala wine and cheese reception at 7:00pm and curtain at 8:00pm. Opening Night Gala is sponsored by Travel Center Santa Clarita with wine and food sponsored by Loose Goose Wine Festival and RSVP Catering. The show will run through October 20. Show times are Friday and Saturdays at 8:00pm and Sundays at 2:00pm. There will be Saturday Matinees on October 6th and 13th at 2pm. There is NO SHOW on Friday September 28th. Volunteers from the congregation will solicit peanut butter (and other non perishable items) from the generous people of Santa Clarita Valley. Their constant friend in this effort, The Whole Foods Market, is the first to provide them with permission to stand in front of their store, directly opposite to Kohl's in Valencia. Every week the Unitarian Universalist church collects food donations during their services. Please help them to make A Bigger Difference for the Food Pantry!

•  Bras & Bags for a Cause - Bras for a Cause is an exciting event that raises money for local breast cancer initiatives. Half of the proceeds will go directly to the Sheila R. Veloz Breast Imaging Center, and the other half will be used by Soroptimist International of the SCV to raise awareness, aid in diagnosis and provide financial support to women and men with breast cancer. Held at the Valencia Country Club - 27730 North Tourney Road. Tickets are $50.
