•  HMNMH Hosts Annual Tree Lighting Festival - Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital Hosts Annual Tree Lighting Festival
The free Community Tree Lighting celebration begins at 2 p.m. on the hospital campus, located at 23845 McBean Parkway in Valencia. The celebration will include a holiday festival with music and entertainment provided by hospital staff, local children's choirs, dance studios and performers. Santa and Mrs. Claus will usher in the holiday season with their arrival and magically light the holiday tree at dusk. Other program elements will include a Santa and Mrs. Claus photo station, cookie-decorating station, children's holiday crafts, refreshments and much more.
In addition, everyone is invited to participate in the Gift of Life program with a special sponsorship of a light or ornament in honor or in memory of their loved ones. Sponsorship levels start at $25. Sponsorships will be inscribed in a Gift of Life recognition on a special display at the celebration and can be viewed on the hospital's website. A commemorative holiday ornament will be sent to donors, and all donations benefit Henry Mayo Hospital's new NICU, scheduled for construction in 2011;
