•  Santa Clarita Cowboys Registration - Santa Clarita Cowboys youth ages 6 through 14 tackle football registration is now open. Games are held Every Saturday during April 2017 through end of June 2017. The annual Disneyland Raffle Fundraiser allows families to easily raise the remainder of the $300 total registration fees—which means that you can end up paying only $20 out of pocket for the entire season (go to www.SantaClaritaCowboys.ORG and click on the Documents button for more information on the Disneyland Fundraiser).

•   Red Bull Wings For Life World Run - The Red Bull Wings For Life World Run is a worldwide running event that takes place simultaneously around the world. This race is suitable for runners (or walkers) of all skill levels. Unlike traditional races, the Wings for Life World Run has no set distance or finish line. Instead, competitors will begin racing at Westfield Valencia Town Center simultaneously with participants around the world while trying to avoid being stopped by an advancing "Catcher Car" - an innovative moving finish line that takes off 30 minutes after the start at every race location and steadily increases its speed until it passes all of the participants.

•  Healing Hugs Festival - On May 13, the Sebastion Velona Foundation will host the #HealingHugs Festival for a Cure at Afterburn Fitness in Valencia. It will feature fitness challenges, vendors, food trucks, a beer garden, music, entertainment, a kids zone and more. Local favorite Wolf Creek Brewery will be pouring beer and wine. The festival is open to the public and admission is free. However, there are fees to participate in challenges. For information and to register for challenges, visit

Proceeds benefit the Sebastian Velona Foundation. Sebastian "Sebi" Velona suffers from Batten Disease CLN8, a fatal and degenerative neurological disorder characterized by seizures, blindness, cognitive decline and loss of motor function. •   Hit the Trail 2017 - Explore the City's trail system with the whole family on this guided non-competitive bicycle ride. The ride begins with a full 9-mile route or a shorter 4-mile route for those with younger children.

Free and open to the public, the ride begins and ends at Valencia Heritage Park, where there will be a family fun fair featuring the Amgen Tour of California Street Team, giveaways, tricycle races, and food!

•   Amgen Tour of California/Stage 4 Finish - Don't miss one of the most successful cycling races in America as professional cyclists come roaring into Santa Clarita! For the twelfth consecutive year, the city plays host to one of the nation's largest and most recognized annual sporting events, this year acting at the race's Stage 4 finish. Get a prime spot along Magic Mountain Parkway as the racers come through at an expected arrival time around 3:45 p.m. Parking will be available at Westfield Valencia Town Center.

With each team or reservation, each shooter will receive Gun rental and shooting, ammunition and targets. •  Fairy Festival - Join the Domestic Violence Center of SCV for their Fairy Festival! Guests are encouraged to dress in their "fairy finest" and build a fairy shelter in support of the DVC.
