Get into the Christmas Spirit with TMU's Christmas Market
TMU is excited to host its fourth annual Christmas Market, taking place outside The MacArthur Center on December 5 and December 6. Inspired by the charm of traditional European Christmas markets, this festive event will showcase small businesses offering beautifully hand-crafted goods. Businesses and products include Blush & Brush, Cookies on a Mission, Wire & Stone, All Good Things Candles and Fleuress Designs, as well as ornaments, cards, stationery, woodcarvings and resin art from other vendors. Stop by on Friday evening from 6pm to 9pm, or join us on Saturday from 1pm to 9pm to soak in the holiday spirit. No ticket to the Christmas concerts is required to enjoy the market - everyone is welcome!

Come Christmas Sing! Concert Series
A seasonal staple at TMU, the 41st annual Come Christmas Sing! concert series will take place on December 6 in The MacArthur Center on campus, with showings at 2pm and 7:30pm. This year's series is titled "Alleluia," meaning "praise the Lord."
"The birth of Jesus Christ is, of course, one of the best of all reasons to 'praise the Lord,' and numerous authors and composers have recognized this by using 'Alleluia!' in their hymns and anthems," said Dr. Don Hedges, dean of TMU's Paul T. Plew School of Music. "This year's concerts illustrate this, incorporating two pieces, by Randall Thompson and Ralph Manuel, for which this memorable word constitutes the entire text, and several other works - by Dan Forrest, J.A.C Redford, and Elaine Hagenberg - that employ it prominently."
"We know you may have good reasons for not looking forward to this holiday season, and it may seem a bit 'ho hum' at the outset. However, it's our prayer that, whatever your circumstances, these concerts will illuminate dark places so that you can, with us, gladly praise the One Who deserves all our attention and adoration."Join the celebration by purchasing tickets at masters.edu/christmas.
