Benefiting the Children of Carousel Ranch

Presented by Princess Cruises Community Foundation, Carousel Ranch's annual fundraiser, Heart of the West, is gearing up to be another phenomenal event! Held on the grounds of Carousel Ranch, HOTW will again be catered by Salt Creek Grille with a bar hosted by Vincent Hill Station.
Guests will peruse hundreds of fantastic silent auction items and have a chance to bid on live auction items such as an amazing $6,000 Princess Cruise Premium Vacation Package, an incredible VIP Rose Bowl Game package with great seats, VIP tailgate party and on-field access before and after the game and a one-week private penthouse getaway in Paradise Waikoloa Beach Resort - just to name a few.

Be sure to wear your dancing boots because the fun goes well into the night, thanks to "Heart of the West After Dark," featuring live music by Santa Clarita's very own Dole Humphries, line dancing and so much more.

"Preston has so much fun riding 'his pony,' Mookie! In the past several months, he has grown so much in his self-confidence and his verbal communication!"
Francesca Phillippi

The Hope of the Valley Story

"Where there's hope, there's life. It fills us with fresh courage and makes us strong again," said Anne Frank in the timeless classic, "The Diary of a Young Girl." At Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission, the goal is to meet the needs of the "whole" person - spiritually, emotionally and physically. Its mission is to attract people and resources to assist in the effort of meeting the needs of every hungry and homeless man, woman and child in the greater Los Angeles area. Annually, the nonprofit provides over 207,000 meals and 61,000 nights of shelter. While Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission is the only rescue mission headquartered in the San Fernando Valley, there is a Santa Clarita connection. The organization opened a thrift store in Canyon Country. Whether searching for bargains or looking for a place to donate gently-used clothing and small household goods that benefits the local community, Hope of the Valley Thrift Store on Soledad Canyon Road is a welcome addition to the area.
