People watching is a pastime of mine - and watching friends reconnect is one of my favorite things to observe. I expect to see it at parks and coffee shops, though - not at car dealerships. But that's what happened this month, many times over, as I relaxed in the comfortable ambiance of Audi Valencia.

Being onsite to see the Hrezo family - Audi Valencia's second (they bought a Q7) and 1,000th clients (they came back for the S8) - warmly greeted by name as they walked in was a surprise, but it shouldn't have been. "We have become great friends with many of our clients," says Audi Valencia General Manager Rob Smith. "And the Hrezos are some of my favorite people. Their loyalty is appreciated, their friendship even more so. We're proud to count them as part of the Audi Valencia family."

Over the course of the last year, that number has grown dramatically. "We're the new kids on the block," says Smith of his dealership's tenure. "But it doesn't feel like it! Over the last year, we've been embraced by our community. November is officially the month of 'gratitude,' but I have to say - we're grateful every day at Audi Valencia. How can you not smile when your clients become your friends, and then refer their friends? It's about more than selling great cars - it's about making connections, and that's what every person on my team loves to do."

Audi Valencia Plays Santa with Annual Toy Drive
Beginning December 1, Audi Valencia will be collecting toys to distribute to local children and families in need. "All contributions to the Keyes for Kids toy drive support local kids who otherwise wouldn't have much under their tree," says Rob Smith,
general manager of Audi Valencia. "It's wonderful to work together with the community to bring smiles and joy to so many."
