Treat them sweet with Salt Creek Grille's Chocolate Ganache Souffle. Finished with a generous dose of warm chocolate ganache, this decadent dessert should be ordered at the start of your meal; it takes 25 minutes to prepare.
Romance in a Glass
Salt Creek's Christini Martini - famously handcrafted with raspberry vodka, Chambord and champagne, then poured into a sugar-rimmed glass with fresh raspberries - is a cocktail kiss best served with a side of flirtation. Sip yours during Salt Creek's Happy Hour, held Monday through Thursday from 3:30pm to 5:30pm in the bar - or enjoy it during live music Friday and Saturday nights starting at 8pm.

Craving a "Spicy" Valentine's Day?
Spice things up this Valentine's Day with Wolf Creek's Fire-grilled Tri-Tip. Choose from Santa Maria or Ale Marinated - and bring a breath mint, because there's no way you'll want to say "no" to the Cajun Garlic Fries as a side. Pair it with a Wolf Creek brew or signature cocktail - we've been enjoying the "Hibiscus Paloma" made with Hibiscus tea and grapefruit soda.
