Spring has sprung and their lighter options are heavenly, too. Take these nachos as a case study. Spicy sushi-grade ahi tuna, cilantro slaw, toasted sesame seeds, pickled jalapenos, chipotle crema, scallions and chile-lime hominy are piled high on crispy corn chips for a fresh, bold and bright meal you'll keep craving all season.

Their Curbside Takeout Deal always impresses, but this one's a show stopper. The gorgonzola-stuffed, bacon-wrapped Filet Mignon with Shrimp Skewer with whole-grain mustard demi glace is made even better with the additions of their Salt Creek House Salad, au gratin potatoes, grilled asparagus and mint-chocolate cheesecake. This "date night for two" meal is $79 and is only available when announced on Salt Creek's social platforms. (Yeah, it's pretty much the first account we check every day!). Marston's Adds Special Boxed Meal Menu Offering to Catering Selections
With graduations, summer holidays and family celebrations on the horizon, Chef Jim McCardy has expanded his catering offering by adding a Special Boxed Meal Menu to the mix. Individually packaged for your guests, it is becoming a popular choice for safe, small and socially-distanced gatherings. Try the gourmet Grilled Salmon Wrap with tomato, romaine and cucumber yogurt sauce accompanied by orzo salad with sun-dried tomato, green onions and San Pasqual dressing, then finished with fresh berries and a fudge brownie. Also delicious: the Smoked Ham on Ciabatta with basil pesto, fresh mozzarella and tomato, with a side of field greens with pears and candied pecans dressed in a pesto vinaigrette, completed with fresh berries and a chocolate chip cookie. There is also the Grilled Chicken Breast with red pepper relish or Grilled Chicken and Brie Wrap with spinach, tomato and mustard sauce, both with fresh salads, berries and an oatmeal-cranberry cookie to complete the meal.
