Physicians observe that people with the most balanced sense of wellness and health usually believe they are worth it. They often possess a faith that celebrates life as a gift and sees the divine as an entity of love. Simply put: Our faith affects our health and our happiness. Faith provides a person with value and purpose. Faith colors our lives with hope and gratitude. Faith ties our physical bodies to our inner spirits. Any comprehensive plan for wellness should include intentional faith development as well as a physical regime.
