Get Girls into STEAM
Girls are just as capable as boys at succeeding in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (STEAM) fields - but traditional education methods and a culture that often pushes Barbies over books can make STEAM feel intimidating to some girls. The solution? Introducing the field through art. Sculpting not only dramatically improves hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills - formal education in the method is an introduction to critical thinking; problem solving; innovation; two-dimension to three-dimension design; and much more. Fun Sculpting For Kids offers enrichment classes where both boys and girls get a positive primer to STEAM that's enjoyable for everyone.

Give Girls what they Need to Follow their Dreams
"My name is Rachel DeAngelis. I'm 15 years old, Miss Junior Teen United States 2018 and I have been a two-time semi-finalist at Miss California Teen USA. Two years ago, I was introduced to SCSOPA; I immediately registered for as many classes I could. The teachers and staff are very knowledgeable about the industry and I have learned so much. Saturdays are my favorite day of the week because talent agencies hold meet-n-greets for all students. I have attended many classes, like Voice Audition Prep, Scene Study, Monologue, Improvisation and Runway. SCSOPA has completely laid down the foundation for my career. Through this school and the connections that they have, I have been blessed to appear in 900 publications, like Harper's Baazar and Glamour; been featured in LA Fashion and Style Fashion weeks and done campaigns for CVS, Hilton Hotels and Macys. I have also appeared in many TV shows and commercials like 'Fresh Off the Boat,' Kool-Aid, CVS, L'Oreal and XL-3."
