Henry Mayo Fitness and Health, opening at the former Spectrum Club site in Valencia, is a new kind of fitness center that integrates physical therapy and rehabilitation programs with a full service fitness center featuring a high-tech fitness tracking program, a credentialed fitness staff, an expansive, state-of-the-art work facility, an outdoor lap pool and more. The fitness center side of the building will be managed by a professional staff and will include a variety of exercise amenities. The clinical services and medical resources side of the building will be managed by the hospital with emphasis on rehabilitation, orthopedic services, diabetic conditions and cardiology in addition to other physician specialties. Several community education programs will be conducted at the facility. Applications for charter memberships are now being accepted at the site. 200-2348
