Pre-sun Care
Apply your sunscreen at least 20 to 30 minutes prior to going out in the sun. Also, make sure any facial or body moisturizer is applied first and completely dry before adding your sunscreen on top.

Finding the Correct Bra Size can Ease Pain and Make You Look Better
International reports suggest that between 70 to 85 percent of women are wearing the wrong size bra. Studies also reveal that the most common mistake made by women is wearing a bra in which the band is too big and the cups too small. The wrong sized bra can cause many problems such as back pain, breast pain, arm pain, rashes and headaches.

Heel/Arch Pain: Part Two
The good news is that 80 to 90 percent of Plantar Fasciitis sufferers can get relief with conservative treatment. High Tech Dynamic Computerized Foot Scanning is the latest trend for creating Custom Molded Orthotics (corrective shoe inserts formed in a doctor's office) and is generally the most effective form of treatment, relieving stress on the plantar fascial band and improving the alignment between the feet and legs.

Skin Cancer is the Fastest Growing Cancer in the US
The most common types of skin cancer are basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), which may be locally disfiguring but are unlikely to metastasize (spread to other parts of the body). Yellow, brown or black spots, changing in size and shape may be indicative of skin cancer. Many early precancerous lesions can be detected by your physician and they are responsive to laser treatment.

Facts about Shoe Size
According to Podiatry Today, 85 percent of the American population wear the wrong shoe size. Our feet do not stop growing; many factors elongate the feet as we age, such as bearing children, standing for long periods in the day, and gaining weight. Also, most don't realize that their right foot can be a different size from the left foot, and one foot is usually wider. Podiatrists recommend that people get their feet measured whenever they are purchasing a new pair of shoes and use the longest and widest size as their shoe size.

10 Commandments of Healthy Eating: Part Two
Consume five to six small meals a day and never let more than four to five hours pass between meals. Most diets or weight loss plans stress counting or limiting calories, but this can slow down your metabolism, which causes your body to switch into starvation mode. By eating more small meals throughout the day your body benefits in the following ways: speeds up your metabolism; burns calories with the thermic effect of food (TEF); maintains peak energy levels; and accelerates muscle growth. Center these five to six small meals around lean protein, fruits, vegetables and healthy fats, and eat on a consistent schedule.
