Happy in 15 minutes? Yes, it can be done! Get up out of your chair right now and start with 10 jumping jacks, 10 squats and five push-ups. Now do 15 jumping jacks, 15 squats and 10 push-ups. Runners Lane Challenge Group Logs Nearly 25,000 Miles
A little over a month ago, Runners Lane challenged its fans and their friends and families to run 60 miles over 30 days. Each person ran at least 60 miles over the last 30 days and they were able to get enough people involved that they ran enough miles to stretch all the way around the world. What started as a 6,000 mile challenge quickly grew to become the distance of the earth's circumference.

On Tuesday April 21, Runners Lane's band of enthusiasts ran the last two miles together, completing a total of 24,901 miles! This was a great event because people learned that they can achieve more when they have support from their friends and families. There were folks who didn't think they could even run two miles, much less two miles every day for 30 days. The group supported and inspired each other the whole way! 260-3368

An Introduction to Labia Majora Plasty
No one wants to talk about it. There aren't dozens of support groups for it. But for many women, the size of their labia significantly reduces the quality of their lives. It affects their clothing choices, their romantic relationships and, most importantly, their confidence and comfort in their own bodies.

Labia Majora Plasty, sometimes referred to as labiaplasty, is a surgical reduction of the size of the outer labia. Heredity, weight gain, childbirth and aging can lead to a larger vulva with either loose skin and/or excess tissue causing the size increase. This can result in an embarrassing appearance in pants, a bulge in swimsuits and even gym clothes, as well as significant discomfort. Today's pop culture refers to this "look" as "cameltoe" but those who experience it aren't snickering.
