Microcores can make a Big Impact on Skin Tightness
Ellacor is FDA-cleared to treat moderate and severe wrinkles in the mid to lower face - and it is the most exciting new treatment medical-aesthetic professionals have seen in many years. Ellacor is a nonsurgical skin rejuvenation treatment that uses micro-coring to smooth and tighten skin. This treatment uses hollow needles to precisely remove tiny "microcores" of excess skin without surgery or thermal energy. These tiny cores extend through the full thickness of the skin, but they're so minuscule, they don't leave a scar. As much as 8 percent of the skin's volume can be removed in a single treatment session, making it smoother and tighter
once it heals.

The "Mommy Makeover" that's Making Over the Industry
Traditionally, a "Mommy Makeover" is a combination of invasive surgical procedures that require months of recovery time - and come with restrictions like, "Don't pick up your child for the next six to eight weeks." For many, it's too expensive, too risky and too focused on aesthetics over function. "The EMSculpt NEO has turned the Mommy Makeover industry on its head," explains
Dr. Larisse Lee of LA Vein Center. "Of course, today's mothers want to look more like themselves pre-baby, but they also miss their muscle tone and function - they're chasing after kids, so they need it now more than ever." Because EMSculpt NEO has been proven to simultaneously melt fat while building muscle during the short 30-minute treatment sessions - and can produce visible results after a patient's initial treatments, with improved results over time - it's the perfect partner to a busy mother's self care plan.

Sore? Put some Cryotherapy on It
Sprain, strain or over-worked muscles? Cryotherapy can help decrease inflammation and discomfort by constricting your blood vessels, slowing the flow to the areas of discomfort. That can reduce swelling and pain.

The Truth About Aging
Here's the really good news about aging that not enough people talk about. You may actually find you are stronger and more resilient today than you ever were in your youth if you don't pay attention to those terrible myths about aging. Aging doesn't mean your health will decline. Some diseases are more common as we age, but preventative measures like healthy eating, exercising and staying social can help reduce your risk for chronic disease or injury.
Memory loss isn't a guarantee. It may be tougher to remember a celebrity's name, or just why you walked into the other room, but those memory lapses are normal. Significant memory loss is not inevitable and exercising your brain or learning new things can help keep you sharp. You can learn new things for the rest of your life. If they want to, older adults are just as capable of learning new skills and coping with change as people half their age. Plus, they have a breadth of experience and positive insight not yet available to the younger set.
It's vital to remember, as we all age, that our lives matter. If we ignore the myths we can overcome the losses that aging inherently brings and embrace the opportunities and challenges it poses everyday. And that's the truth!

Lunula Cold Laser Treats Fungal Nails
Cold laser therapy, also known as low-level laser therapy (LLLT), is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-level light energy to stimulate healing in the body. While it has been used for a variety of medical conditions, including pain management and wound healing, it has also shown promise in the treatment of fungal nail infections. Cold laser treatment for fungal nails involves the use of a low-level laser to target the fungal infection in the nail bed. Unlike traditional lasers, which use high-intensity light to heat and kill the fungus, cold lasers use low-level light energy to stimulate the body's natural healing processes. The treatment is non-invasive and typically takes around 30 minutes per session.
