A Santa Clarita Tradition we Treasure
Green Thumb's Department 56 Display Enchants

A favorite holiday tradition in the SCV is visiting mainstay Old Town Newhall nursery Green Thumb for the holidays to pick an ornament - and marvel at their massive Department 56 display. We're looking forward to seeing the popular collectibles - and the newest additions, such as the Oh Holy Night House with its colorful nativity scene, manger and trio of angel trumpeters.

Are You a Christmaser?
Holiday personality Jeanna Crawford of Jeanna Loves Christmas has a growing community of Christmasers all over the world - and the holiday magic all started here in her hometown of Santa Clarita. Jeanna's merry, glitterful fandom has some distinct characteristics. Are you a Christmaser? Find out below.
You're a Christmaser if...
You know that more than just ornaments can be wired into the heart of your tree - books, trophies, toys and more are all fair game.
You have watched Jeanna's YouTube tutorial on bow making at least 15 times - and you're now a pro.
You're no longer afraid to cut your ribbon - even the fancy stuff.
You say things like "dance on the branch" to describe how your ornaments are nestled into your tree.
Speaking of trees: You'll never decorate one without picks ever again. (IYKYK.).
Jeanna Loves Christmas DIY tutorials and holiday inspiration can be found on Instagram, TIkTok and YouTube.
