We're Stocking Up During A Royal Suite's Memorial Day Sale
After over a year staying "mostly" inside our homes, we're tired of looking at... everything. And honestly - our furniture's tired of us, too, and showing it! (That permanent butt mark in the mattress from days of Netflix binge watching isn't going anywhere.). That's why A Royal Suite Home Furnishing's Memorial Day sale could not be more perfectly timed.
First, hit up the Tent Sale. It runs May 26 to May 31 - and you're gonna wanna save these dates, because clearance furniture, floor samples, return pieces and much more will be first come, first serve up to 80 percent off retail prices.
Once you've shopped outdoors, head into the gorgeous SCV showroom - it's right by Sam's Club - for 50 percent off the entire store through May 31. You'll find jaw-dropping deals on mattresses, bedroom sets, living room furniture, dining sets, custom American-made pieces, kids' furniture and more. Doorbusters like a gorgeous five-piece dining set and four chairs - a beauty with a trending antique-white finish paired with dark, rich wood - is only $398. Power-modular sectionals are available while supplies last, starting at $1,999.

Got Property Damage? Choose a Restoration Company that Does it All
Water damage. Fire. Mold. Contents recovery.
There's no shortage of ways your residential or commercial property can sustain damage, but when it comes to choosing a company to help you put your life back together, you don't have to work with more than one. "When your life is upended, the last thing you have time for is arranging multiple contractors and subcontractors - all while balancing the near-constant communications between you and your insurance company," says Joel Moss, co-owner of Paul Davis Restoration of Santa Clarita.
Unlike most restoration companies, Paul Davis Restoration is a "one stop shop," offering everything you need to get back home - or back to business - efficiently. "When working on property damage restoration jobs, our first priority is to determine what steps to take to save as much of the structure and contents as possible. We use specialized equipment and methods to provide a complete range of reconstruction services on residential and commercial projects. That means clients can get back to their lives faster," says Co-owner Joel Moss.
By choosing a company that "does it all," all while earning the title of "SCV's Best Of" year after year, you can skip the stressful transition between reconstruction stages. "What might start with emergency board ups and structural stabilization can transition to demolition, permit acquisition, construction services, project management and more. Our clients appreciate working with just one contractor. They save time and stress while benefiting from our expertise, customer service and stunning results. And everyone loves that we work directly with the insurance company on the client's behalf. We do everything for them - including the insurance part," says Moss.
